Shipping, payment and customs
We run a standard export workflow: factory purchase — quality control — export documentation — sea, rail or road freight — customs clearance. Below are the concrete terms so you can plan your budget and schedule.
Incoterms 2020
We work with all major terms. Typical setup by destination:
- EXW — Guangzhou (ex-warehouse, buyer arranges collection in China)
- FOB — Shanghai / Ningbo (our main loading ports)
- CIF — destination port (including marine insurance)
- DAP — buyer’s warehouse in the destination country
