What do you supply and for which markets?
Beisenqi (Guangzhou Beisenqi Import and Export Trading Co. Ltd) supplies industrial equipment, measuring instruments, sensors, pneumatics and sanitary ware directly from Chinese manufacturers. Our main markets are Russia and Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan).
Do you work with Russian buyers and accept payment in rubles?
Yes. We work with Russian companies, prepare export documentation for the customs authorities of the EAEU, and support EAC certification. Payment terms are agreed individually: bank transfer, letter of credit, as well as settlement in yuan or rubles.
What is the minimum order and the lead time?
MOQ depends on the item: from 1 pc for series products, 500–1000 pcs for OEM/ODM. Production usually takes 7–30 days; sea freight to Saint Petersburg and Novorossiysk takes 30–45 days; road and rail delivery to Central Asia takes 10–20 days.
Why do prices say "price on request"?
Because the final price depends on volume, configuration and delivery terms. Send an inquiry with the quantity and we will reply within 24 hours with a quotation, lead time and shipping options.
Do you supply original products and provide a warranty?
Yes. We work directly with manufacturers and authorised distributors, provide original packaging and documentation. Most items carry a 12–24 month warranty with official after-sales service.
Which shipping terms do you use?
Common terms: EXW (Guangzhou), FOB (Shanghai/Ningbo), CIF to the destination port, DAP to the buyer’s warehouse, plus rail delivery via Zabaikalsk–Moscow and Khorgos–Tashkent.
Is EAC certification required for import into Russia?
It depends on the product. For a range of industrial and electrical equipment a certificate or declaration of conformity under TR CU / TR EAEU is required. We provide samples and assist with the paperwork, either in Russia or through an authorised representative.
Can you produce under our own brand (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. OEM and ODM schemes are available: own branding, Russian-language packaging, technical documentation, marking and user manuals in Russian.
Can I get samples?
Samples are available by agreement — usually 1–3 pcs at the buyer’s cost, credited against the first order. For large wholesale batches, samples are free.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Within 24 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–19:00 GMT+8). We reply in Russian, English and Chinese via Telegram, WhatsApp and e-mail.
